Bring your children to discover the joy of Gaspard the Fox, a delightful new picture-book about the adventures of a London fox and his friends. The story is by Zeb Soanes (familiar from BBC Radio 4), with pictures by best-selling illustrator James Mayhew (creator of the much loved Ella Bella Ballerina and Boy).

At this event you can meet the author, Zeb, and hear about the origins of the book, which began when Zeb formed a friendship with a local fox.  Learn some fun facts about foxes, and see photos and video of the real Gaspard!  Children will enjoy some story-time, with Zeb reading from the book, and also have the chance to try their hand at drawing their own fox.

For those who wish to buy a book, Zeb will be happy to sign copies, as well as adding a special golden Gaspard paw-print!

And as Almorah Rd is Gaspard’s territory, we'll keep our fingers crossed for a visit from the real fox.

The event is free but space is limited, so please be sure to book your tickets (for children and accompanying adults).
